The valve seat insert prevents the impact/burying of the valve into the cylinder head. It absorbs a proportion of the combustion heat with which the valve is charged. The valve seat insert gives off this heat to the cylinder head. Our valve guides range consists of a wide variety of sizes and configurations.

We have the ability to manufacture any type of valve guide needed to fit your specific, individual application. Valve guides are manufactured with specified tolerances and can be installed directly. We manufacture valve guides with graded cast iron, heat treated for toughness and machined with high precision.
